Three Agents Nationally Honored for Dedication To Protecting Ministries

Three of our agents recently received awards at Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company’s national awards banquet in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on May 11. Terry Walthall was honored as national Agent of the Year – Premium Volume, Zach Mize was recognized as the Agent of the Year – Premium Volume Runner-up, and Dean Malone was named Rookie of the Year Runner-up. Each agent was honored for their exceptional sales performance and dedication to serving customers throughout Texas in 2017.

Terry Walthall has represented Brotherhood Mutual as an independent agent for nearly 20 years and serves churches and ministries in the Texarkana area. One of Walthall’s customers, John Miller, Pastor, Church on the Rock, had this to say: “Terry is an exceptional insurance agent. I have been in Christian ministry 35 years, and he has provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. Terry has provided, of his own initiative, a better policy at a better price and educational materials on important topics.”

Zach Mize was recognized for producing the second most new premium value for Brotherhood Mutual in 2017. This is Mize’s third award from the company since he started selling Brotherhood Mutual insurance throughout Texas. One of Mize’s customers, Rick Espey, church elder, Concordia Lutheran Church, had this to say: “Zach is incredibly responsive and caring. He is honest and tells you what you really need, in the interest of the church, not for himself.”

Dean Malone has more than 20 years of sales and management experience. He started selling Brotherhood Mutual insurance in the Dallas area in February 2017. One of Malone’s customers, Len McLaughlin, Pastor, Heritage Church, had this to say: "I am very thankful for the opportunity to get to know Dean. He completed a thorough review of our current insurance policy and coverages, and presented a comprehensive proposal that provided broader coverage and a savings to our church.
